Ah, video games. What better way to waste your time?

With video games in your possession, you’re just a loading screen away from being a god that rules the world, a soldier in the heart of a gruelling battle, or a warlock defeating fantastical foes of a forgotten realm, a survivor in a zombie apocalypse…

The possibilities are limitless.

These very possibilities caused me to sit down and stare at a screen all day.

Only for 17 years or so. Not too long at all!

Safe to say I was hooked. But these 17 years were not a complete waste; I learned some incredible lessons within this time that will change my life for the better.
